A work-party has been called for the weekend of May 11th & 12th, 2024 to prepare the grounds for our upcoming Spring Fair event, May 16th, 17th, 18th, & 19th 2024.

Preparations will include:

·        Setting up protective fencing panels.

·        Lawn mowing and trimming.

·        Putting up Information signs

·        Lots of general ground clean up.

·        Cleaning the Main Concession Building and Washroom Building.

·        Cleaning the lean-to Stalls for Commercial exhibits.

·        Cleaning and Setting Up the Pioneer Building

The following tools are in need:

Gloves
Rakes
Lawnmowers
Weed-eaters
Wheel-barrows
Hand tools for building maintenance
