Community Service Program

At VIBA, our volunteers undertake a number of community service activities. 

Our most significant method of community outreach is as demonstrators of the craft to the public, we can be seen forging at country fairs and special events at one of our mobile blacksmith shops.

VIBA actively collaborates with the Metchosin Farmers Institute for the maintenance and management of the Luxton Fairgrounds and the presentation of their Spring and Fall Fairs. 

Finally, VIBA is keen to act in support of other non-profit and charitable organizations where possible and as our means allow.
